1Enemy's Return Policy
* Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
* Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time.
* Exchanges are currently available in the United States and Canada and must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.
Reasons for exchange include:
- Wrong size
- You’d prefer a different color or style
* Products must be unworn and unwashed with tags. -- Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
* If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
* All garments are subject to inspection.
* We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
* Refunds approved for returned products do not typically include any shipping costs/expenses.
* For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
* Items that are received as gifts can be returned with the gift receipt (invoice) and will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price.
